Thursday turned into a sunny day in the Valley. Clouds remained in many mountain locations... and a new storm will arrive Friday.
However, Friday's storm doesn't look like much. It will spread clouds across the entire North State, and showers in the mountains. Snow level will be around 3500'... but only very light accumulations (dusting?) are possible. In the Valley, probably only sprinkles. It will clear out Friday night.
A decent pressure gradient will set up across California Saturday, and that will bring us north wind gusts to around 30 mph... but there will be plenty of sunshine. The sun continues through Monday, but the winds do not!
Models continue to indicate wet weather next week. Wednesday and Friday look potentially wet. Much more so than Friday the 13th!
