Daily Weather

Sunday morning update

Just looked at the models this morning, and a few minor changes on tap with the upcoming storms.  GFS model is now bringing the first one in a little quicker, with the rain starting Tuesday afternoon, and lasting through early Wednesday morning.  Models are suggesting around 1/2" for the Valley.  Snow levels look moderate... around 4000'.

We should see a break Wednesday, then the second one is due in Thursday afternoon, and should last through Friday... although most of Friday will be just light showers.  Definitely wetter Thursday night than Friday.  This storm looks wetter than the Tuesday night storm, with models suggesting around 1" for the Valley floor!  Snow levels will be lower out of this one, too... dropping to near 3000' by early Friday morning.

Neither storm should be too windy... gusts shouldn't exceed 30 mph.

Enjoy Sunday's sun and warmth... big changes are coming!
