Daily Weather

Wet weather returns

Thursday afternoon the clouds starting thickening up ahead of our Friday storm.  Looks like our next chance of sun will be Sunday.

The Friday/Saturday storm doesn't look that impressive, but it will bring some rain.  Showers should materialize Friday afternoon, turning to a light rain Friday night.  Showers will continue Saturday morning, mostly drying up Saturday afternoon.  Snow levels look relatively high... starting around 4500', but dropping to near 3500' Friday night.  The low driving this storm isn't deep at all, so light winds are expected.

Sunday looks like a good day, with partly cloudy skies.  Our next storm arrives Monday, but it also looks weak... just showers.  Another storm moves in Tuesday night, and looks a little stronger, but the winds remain fairly light.

Our long range models are now latching on to a storm next Thursday, which has some wind potential... but that's a long ways out.  We'll see what the models think about it tomorrow.  They continue to suggest that next weekend looks wet.
