  • Is president Obama the fittest president ever even though he smokes ?

    I was sitting here on a beautiful Saturday morning just before my workout going through my e-mail and there was one e-mail that was talking about president Obama and him smoking cigarettes. I started to think if that's all he needs is a cigarette to relieve the burden  that's on his shoulders then so be it, as long as  innocent by standers are not affected by the second hand smoke. What's your opinion? How does he compare to other presidents when it comes to fitness?

  • Take it all off...that's right i mean all of it !!!

    It's time take that extra body fat off for the summer !!!This winter was great and i love all the great food that came with the holidays but i think i over did it, and on top of that we just received a new addition to our family my son Joren Aurelius was born on Saint Patrick's Day and i gained 20 lbs in the process. I did some research to see why i gained this weight because i was kind of out of control i was craving  fast food every day, and i hardly ever eat fast food. Every time i drove KFC the Colonel just kept calling me, man he was relentless. So i stopped by and had a few pieces my motto is almost everything in moderation.Ok enough about me and my food binge and the 20 sympathy pounds i put on. In doing my research about gaining weight during our pregnancy.I found out that hormones levels rise to such a high amount that the partner is also affected and his hormones also increases causing sympathy weight gain. Check it out and give me some feed back on this i'm always curious to learn more.

    Moving on here is the workout i promised this workout should be done at least 3 days a week i recommend 5 days to truly drop more weight.

  • How to workout while at workout !!!

    I hope everyone got some good ideas about working out while at work today. Due to the time restraints I could not give you the complete workout. I had a blast this morning with Rob and Megan and don't worry we will have many more days like that one. I will be sharing with you all kinds of weight loss secrets, workouts, recipes and much more. I am so lucky to be able to share my 15+ years of experience in the fitness industry with you (I'm not going to tell you exactly how many years...lol ok i'll tell you one day in the future. I will be on air with Rob and Megan every other monday(see you on 4/20/2009).
